thanks to your efficiency. Thank you also for moving our telephone
system when we relocated. I was most impressed how you handled all the
difficulties and stuck with the problems until they were solved. It was
a very busy day for me and I did not really have much time to thank you
for your dedication to the job. You stayed till quite late and then
kept checking on the job and were prepared to stay on call all weekend.
We were most impressed - never had such good service from anyone. I was
also grateful for your courtesy on the job. It made me think at the
time, I wish I could be so courteous under pressure. I would have no
